Who We Are?
We are your hometown animal care providers and have been since 1982 when Dr. Woody Morgan started the practice. We have evolved over the years along with the evolution of veterinary medicine. Dr. James and Dr. Tochiki are now working hard to continue the tradition of quality care for your pets that you have come to expect from Hartsville Animal Hospital.
We are a full service veterinary hospital with services ranging from routine checkups to emergency surgeries. We pride ourselves in working with our clients on an individualized preventative care plan that best fits the needs of your pet. We care about the quality of life of your beloved pets, and your bond with them just like you do and want to help you provide them with the happiest and healthiest life possible. We strive to keep ourselves up to date on the latest tests, treatment options, and surgical procedures by attending continuing education conferences and being vigilant readers of veterinary journals.
We hope that your pet never gets sick, but if they do we hope that our continued diligence towards learning will help lead them to a speedy recovery. We know that there is an abundance of information about pets out there these days, but we would like to help you sort through some of it so you don’t get led astray. We hope this website will help you inform yourselves, and that we can work together to provide your great pets with the greatest care possible.
